Warranty Claims Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026
We warrant that Goúri will work as we describe it, and we fix it at no charge when it does not. This policy explains what is covered, how to make a claim, and what you can expect from us.
What We Warrant
Olympas warrants that the Services will be provided with commercially reasonable skill and care, and that they will perform materially as described on this website and in the plan you subscribed to. We maintain the platform, apply updates and security patches, and keep the modules described in your plan available for the term of your subscription.
What Is Covered
A claim is covered where a documented function of the platform does not work as described. That includes:
- A module, report, or feature that fails, returns incorrect results, or will not load.
- Data that does not flow between the ERP, the point of sale, the storefront, and the apps as the platform is designed to make it flow.
- A defect in your white-labeled customer app or vendor app that we built.
- An outage or performance problem in the hosted platform.
- An error introduced by an update we released.
How to Make a Claim
Email contact@olympasapps.com with the following, and we will open a claim:
- Your business name and the account or location affected.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- When it started, and whether it is still happening.
- The steps that reproduce it, and a screenshot or screen recording if you have one.
- How the problem is affecting your operation, so we can set the right severity.
We acknowledge every claim within one business day and then handle it at the severity and response targets in our Support Policy. You can raise a claim at any time during your subscription. There is no claim fee and no limit on the number of claims.
What We Will Do
Where a claim is covered, we will, at no charge to you, correct the defect, provide a workaround while we do, or reconfigure the affected part of your system. We will tell you what we found and what we changed.
If we cannot remedy a covered defect within a reasonable period, you may cancel your subscription in one click and receive the pro-rated refund described in our Return Policy. Because there is no contract and no minimum term, you are never held to a system that is not working for you.
What Is Not Covered
- Use of the Services contrary to their documentation, or in a way we have advised against.
- Changes, integrations, or scripts made by you or a third party, and any effect they have on the platform.
- Data you or your staff entered incorrectly. We will help you correct it, but incorrect input is not a defect.
- Faults in third-party services we do not control, including payment processors, SMS and WhatsApp carriers, email providers, internet and network connections, and the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Your own hardware, including tills, tablets, receipt printers, scanners, and barcode equipment.
- Storage you elect to host on your own server or storage account, where the defect is in that environment rather than in Goúri.
- Features clearly labeled as beta, preview, or experimental.
- Free trials, which are provided as is and without warranty, as stated in the Subscription Agreement.
Hardware
Olympas does not manufacture or sell hardware. Point of sale peripherals such as printers, scanners, tablets, and cash drawers are covered by the manufacturer's or reseller's warranty, and claims for them should be made there. We will help you configure supported hardware and diagnose whether a problem is in the device or in Goúri.
Your Branded Mobile Apps
We maintain your white-labeled customer app and vendor app and keep them compatible with current versions of iOS and Android. Whether an app is accepted, kept, or removed by Apple or Google is a decision for those stores under their own policies. If a store requires changes, we make them and resubmit at no charge.
Relationship to Your Agreement
This policy explains how we handle warranty claims in practice. The warranties themselves, and the limitations on them, are set out in our Subscription Agreement, which governs the paid Services. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under consumer or other law that cannot be limited by agreement.
